OUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY

Our trainings are based on the Global Dexterity method developed by professor Andy Molinsky of Brandeis University. 

This methodology allows us to teach people how to adapt and adjust their behavior in a new culture. The method is easy to learn and can be applied immediately. 

Prof. Molinsky and persons trained by him have used this method widely in organizations round the world, including Boeing, AIG, the US Air Force Academy, and the Clinton Foundation, among others. 

Minna Franck of Finnwards Oy is a certified Global Dexterity Trainer trained by Prof. Molinsky.
