This week we return to the issue of diversity in the boards of publicly-traded companies in Finland with some new information. We did some number crunching ourselves to look at gender, age, education, and nationality diversity in the boards of two different groups of publicly-traded companies in Finland.
In this blog post, we summarize a recent research publication by Susanna Bairoh and Sanna Putila. In it, they look at gender discrimination in technical professions in Finland. The research is based on surveys of TEK members.
